The PSA Nitrogen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on molecular sieves selective adsorption of oxygen from air and can continuously generate gas nitrogen with a purity 90-99.999% at ambient temperature, and the adsorbed oxygen can be desorpted by decreasing the adsorbed bed pressure resulting cyclical adsorption-desroption operation.

This PSA Nitrogen Generating System is composed of Compressed Air System, Compressed Air Purification System, PSA Nitrogen Making System and Nitrogen Storage System. Air compressor provides compressed air with certain pressure; Air purification system purifies compressed air by removing the dust, oil and water; Nitrogen separation system produce qualified nitrogen gas with PSA technology; Nitrogen Storage system provides a stable source and store nitrogen gas.

1. Advanced technique- The highly active deovo catalyst which is rather advanced in the country is adopted. The activity is excellent and can be regenerated without heating.
2. Automatic control- This equipment adopt the Siemens PLC control system with automatic switch to control work regeneration, with optional quality flow controller, and with automatic hydrogenation under controlled ratio.

Work Principle

Protective gas atmosphere is also known as nitrogen and hydrogen gas protective atmosphere system, consisting of the hydrogen generator, nitrogen generator and hydrogen/hydrogen mixture unit. High purity N2 and purified ammonia cracking gas will flow into the mixed gas tank through adjustable valves and rated flowmeter, becoming the protective gas atmosphere that the production lined needed. And the gas ratio can be modified according to the different requirement of the production needs, which is a good OSP gases for manufacturing.
