Application
Mainly used for steel-making converter, blast furnace top, pulverized coal injection in blast furnace, continuous casting and rolling, steel annealing, eliminating stress, aging and quenching heating, carburizing, carbon and nitrogen altogether permeability, soft nitriding, vacuum quenching nitrogen based atmosphere heat treatment such as nitrogen source, gas protection welding and powder metallurgy sintering process, and cleaning, dilute gas.
Controller: We choose the products of Siemens in Germany. The controller controls the whole nitrogen production automatically, without the need of personnel on duty, saving cost.
Loading method: the molecular sieve in the adsorption tower is loaded by the "snowstorm" method to obtain the maximum loading density, reduce the erosion of the molecular sieve, in the whole service life process, no need to add.
Nitrogen production technology: Aetok nitrogen production technology directly from Germany and Japan, process design, adsorption tower internal structure design, valve control, pipe design and other key technologies are provided by Germany and Japan, to ensure that the world class technology to serve our customers.
Product flows from adsorber mattress A right into a nitrogen product receiver previous to getting into the product piping. Simultaneously, adsorber mattress B is depressurised to atmospheric stress. Upon crowning glory of nitrogen manufacturing from adsorber mattress A, an equalisation step occurs. Adsorber mattress B (atmospheric stress) is pressurised to an intermediate stress because the fueloline ultimate in adsorber mattress A (at working stress) flows into adsorber mattress B. During this step, air isn't always ate up neither is product fueloline generated.
