The Nitrogen Purifier can though Hydrogenation and Carboniztion two metohds to get the high purity nitrogen gas. makes use of common purity nitrogen as the raw material and through deoxygenation by hydrogenation accompanied by catalysts, cooling, absorption and dryness and finally, filtering of impurity, water and dust in the nitrogen gas to get high purity nitrogen.

① The compaction force F=PS is related to the adsorption pressure and the piston area of ??the cylinder. It has nothing to do with other factors. In the pressure swing adsorption process, the adsorption pressure is fixed, and the piston area is fixed after the manufacture is completed, so the cylinder is pressed tightly. The pressing force does not change with the stroke.
② The stroke of the cylinder can be measured or sensed outside, and the alarm point can be set in advance.
③ The gas required by the cylinder is taken directly from the adsorption tower and can be synchronized with the adsorption tower at any time.

Work Principle

Protective gas atmosphere is also known as nitrogen and hydrogen gas protective atmosphere system, consisting of the hydrogen generator, nitrogen generator and hydrogen/hydrogen mixture unit. High purity N2 and purified ammonia cracking gas will flow into the mixed gas tank through adjustable valves and rated flowmeter, becoming the protective gas atmosphere that the production lined needed. And the gas ratio can be modified according to the different requirement of the production needs, which is a good OSP gases for manufacturing.
