AETOK compressor manufactures fully oilless nitrogen booster compressor (hereafter referred to as simply "booster") mainly in pursuance with customer's requirements, its exhaust pressure ≤35.0MPa, suction pressure ≤1.0MPa and air displacement ≤1500Nm3/h, the nitrogen booster is a fully oilless lubricated, reciprocating piston type, single-acting air cooled compressor, designed for industries requiring pure air supply source and higher environmental requirement, this machine can further increases the lower pressure of air to satisfy industrial production requirements with small leakage, low noise and reliable running. It can be used for all industries which need air of higher purity and higher pressure. This machine is suitable for compressing nitrogen, air and other gas medium with stable chemical property.

The friction pairs of the series of machines involved in gas compression are not lubricated with thin oil. The friction seals such as piston rings and guide rings are made of special materials with self-lubricating properties. The structural advantages are reflected in:
1. There is no thin oil lubrication in the whole compression system, which avoids the possibility of oil contact with high pressure and high purity nitrogen (vertical nitrogen compressor is not completely oil-free type);
2. The whole system has simple machine structure, convenient control and easy operation;
3. For the gas medium of the recycle nitrogen compressor, nitrogen, no pollution, the purity of the nitrogen at the inlet and outlet of the compressor is the same.
