It utilizes the difference in the adsorption amount of oxygen and nitrogen in the compressed air on the surface of the molecular sieve. Through the principle of pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption, it is a fully automated equipment that directly produces oxygen from compressed air.

PSA nitrogen generation adopts carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent whose capacity of adsorbing oxygen is larger than adsorbing nitrogen. The two adsorbers (a&b) alternately adsorbing and regenerating to separate oxygen from nitrogen in air to obtain purified
nitrogen by Auto-operated valves controlled by PLC.
