CBN Type Nitrogen Hydrogen Air Purifier

The oxygen and nitrogen generators are constructed according to the principle of operation P.S.A. (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and are composed by a minimum of two absorbers filled up with molecular sieve.The absorbers are crossed alternatively by the compressed air (previously purified in order to eliminate oil, humidity and powders) and produce nitrogen or oxygen. While a container, crossed by the compressed air, produces gas, the other regenerates itself losing to the pressure atmosphere the gases previously adsorbed. The process comes repeated in cyclical way. The generators are managed by a PLC. 

PSA nitrogen generator and PSA oxygen generator have similar principle. Molecular sieve as an adsorbent under the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA), will get nitrogen/oxygen from compressed air.

Perfect process design get high performance. Unique vacuum molecular sieve filling system and impacted technology increase the life of molecular sieve. Skid-mounted structure makes installation and transportation more convenient. With DCS controller system and remote output and control system. High automatic, unmanned operation.

Main feature
1. Advanced technique- The highly active deovo catalyst which is rather advanced in the country is adopted. The activity is excellent and can be regenerated without heating.
2. Automatic control- This equipment adopt the Siemens PLC control system with automatic switch to control work regeneration, with optional quality flow controller, and with automatic hydrogenation under controlled ratio.
3. Reliable running status- This equipment adopts German pneumatic valves and Japanese RKC temperature controller.
4. Reasonable design- The totally enclosed design ensures a compact structu re, a good looking appearance and a small fIoor space

Work Principle

Protective gas atmosphere is also known as nitrogen and hydrogen gas protective atmosphere system, consisting of the hydrogen generator, nitrogen generator and hydrogen/hydrogen mixture unit. High purity N2 and purified ammonia cracking gas will flow into the mixed gas tank through adjustable valves and rated flowmeter, becoming the protective gas atmosphere that the production lined needed. And the gas ratio can be modified according to the different requirement of the production needs, which is a good OSP gases for manufacturing.

Applications

Widely used for cold-rolled strip annealing, bright annealing, hot dip galvanized, silicon steel annealing, steel strip annealing and other industries.
